Thank you for ordering from zolo.com! We want you to be happy with your purchase. You can return new and unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item’s purchase price. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. If the return is a result of our error we will pay the return shipping cost. All products returned following these steps will be eligible for a refund in the form of a website credit or in the original method of payment. We will credit you for the total purchase price upon our receipt of the product. To obtain return authorization please email zmail@zolo.com for instructions.
zolo.com uses UPS to ship domestic packages. Our warehouse generally ships on Monday and Thursday. However, in very rare circumstances and during the holiday season, processing could take 3-5 business days. Special handling instructions can be left in the "comments" text box at checkout. We will strive to fulfill these instructions whenever possible.
International Shipping:
Due to heavily fluctuating and ever increasing international shipping rates as well as idiosyncratic customs regulations we are, unfortunately, not currently offering international shipping.
